Rishikesh – Be part of the global Yoga community and take classes with Dr. Eden and some of the top Yoga teachers in the world at The International Yoga Festival (IYF), visit the Beatles’ ashram, bathe in a gorgeous waterfall, meditate in Sri Vashishta’s and Mauni Baba’s caves, and stay at Antalya and The Divine Ganga Cottage

Haridwar – Do Ganga aarti at the famous Har Ki Pauri Ghat, see Anandamayi Ma’s ashram, and make friends with elephants for the afternoon at Rajaji National Park

As you can see from above, lodging for our 2023 India And Himalayan Yoga Pilgrimage Retreat will be at 4 and 5-star hotels and retreat centers. It will feature some of the nicest accommodations available in the respective areas, but please keep in mind that when we are high in the Himalayas in Nainital, just having hot running water and organic food makes it 4-star quality, as many places up there don’t even have that. What’s more, we will also only be traveling in 1st class and luxury busses when possible in transit between locations and will have a professional local travel company coordinating our safe passage and the details.

While our daily schedule will vary from day-to-day due to our travel and activities, every day will include a few opportunities to practice asana and participate in meditation, along with daily satsang. Moreover, all activities and spiritual excursions are optional and attendance is never required or mandatory, only suggested…as we’re not the Yoga police…but we’re going to be doing so many amazing things together that we simply hope you’ll participate in everything! Most of all, however, proper self-care and rest, when you need it, especially considering our travel plans, will be highly encouraged.
