Our awe-inspiring 2023 India And Himalayan Yoga Pilgrimage Retreat is a journey designed to rejuvenate you, your heart, and your traveling Spirit post-pandemic.

Adventuring to some of the most cultural, most beautiful, and most auspicious sacred sites of the Himalayas – as people have done in India for centuries – we will turn the world into our temple and life into a practice for 14 days of classical spiritual living meant to inspire you on your path.

As pictured above, lodging for our 2023 India And Himalayan Yoga Pilgrimage Retreat will be at 5-star hotels and retreat centers and will feature some of the nicest accommodations available in the respective areas. Please keep in mind, too, that when we are high in the Himalayas in Nainital, just having hot running water and organic food makes it 5-star quality, as many places up there don’t even have that. Accordingly, we will do our best to “control the controllables” and travel in only 1st class trains and luxury busses to help ensure that you have as comfortable an experience as possible, even though it is India after all. Moreover, we’ll have a professional local travel company coordinating our safe passage and trip details.

New Delhi – Explore Delhi’s spiritual attractions including the Baháʼí Lotus Temple, the Laxmi Narayan Temple, and stay at the only 5 Star Palace Hotel in Delhi at The Leela Palace

Rishikesh – Be part of The International Yoga Festival (IYF) and take classes with Dr. Eden and some of the top Yoga teachers in the world, visit the Beatles’ ashram, bathe in a gorgeous waterfall, meditate in Sri Vashishta’s and Mauni Baba’s caves, and stay at Antalya and The Divine Ganga Cottage

While our daily schedule will vary from day-to-day due to our travel and activities, every day will include a few opportunities to practice asana and participate in meditation, along with daily satsang. Better still, all activities and spiritual excursions are optional and attendance is never required or mandatory, only suggested. Most of all – and especially considering there are so many amazing activities and excursions planned – proper self-care and resting when needed is highly encouraged.
