This 2-day course with Dr. Eden Goldman offers participants a one-of-a-kind exploration into the top muscles of the body including:
• A thorough outline and examination of 10-15 muscles in the body discussing their functions, their advanced anatomy, and their general and functional roles in Yoga and movement
• Detailed knowledge about how to test if a muscle is tight, weak,, inhibited, flexible, or strong
• Yoga and movement therapy specific techniques and hands-on myofascial release bodywork methods from Sports Medicine that will deepen your work with clients and will help you feel more confident as a therapist, professional, and/or Yoga teacher
Dr. Eden Goldman, D.C., C-IAYT, EYRT-500, is an international Yoga, mindfulness, and wellness lifestyle expert. An avid sports Chiropractor, LA Yoga Magazine contributor, and human movement specialist, Eden is Director of the Yoga and the Healing Sciences Program at Loyola Marymount University, co-author of Therapy and Integrative Medicine: Where Ancient Science Meets Modern Medicine, and author of The Secret Art of Yoga Assists. Additionally, he is also the Owner of Meditating Mascots and DIrector of College Yoga Day.
